Directly Buried Hot-water Insulating Pipe

Introducing
    Prefabricated Directly Buried Hot-water Insulating Pipe is comprised of steel pipe for medium transmission、the Insulated layer of hard polyurethane foams and HDPE Outer thimble, the three parts are in close connection.
● Steel pipe&fittings
    We always use Seamless steel pipe(GB/T8163-1999)、Spiral steel pipe(SY/T5037-2000 、GB/T9711.1-1997) and Electric welded steel pipe(GB/T3091-2001) with material of 20# and Q235. to transport medium.
    In normal conditions, we use Seamless or Electric welded steel pipe for DN20-DN150,Spiral steel pipe for DN200 above.
    The fittings adopts the Pushing Process&Pressing Process.

● Outer thimble
    The HDPE Outer thimble , which is made of high-density polyurethane material with high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance, is able to protect the pipes from the damage caused by external factors in transportaton、installation and useage.

    The low temperature plasma which produces through the electrode point discharge the protector internal surface carries on electronics corona processing to the polyethylene outside, after undergoing electronics corona processing because the outside protecting housing internal surface tensity achieves 50 amounts to/above the centimeter, causes the heat Insulated layer froth and outside shearing strength obvious enhancement between the protecting housing. To guaranteed that the overall tube's quality, lengthens its service life to have the noticeable significance


● Insulated layer
    We select the non-fluorine entire water which the specialized polyurethane raw material supplier provides to become spongy the flinty polyurethane foam, this material has certain fluidity and the cohesional strength, the froth adds the full steel pipe's with outside protecting housing between crevice fully, had guaranteed the steel pipe, outside the protecting housing and the heat Insulated layer form a reliable whole.
